This where I work right now. It is the only store in the city where I live. Well, actually, the only department store. This is actually in a chain of stores (a strip mall, if you will, but it only has three places, and two of them are closed). Uhhmmm, that is all for this section.

Shopko
Ok, this happened a long time ago, maybe, ok near the beginning or the fall season of 2000 at work. Ok, it was around 7:00 at night, and there was a call to get a carry out. Apparently there were two older people that wanted three wardrobe closets. So, we (Luke, Marcia, and I) borrowed our manager's pickup truck, of course with me being the biggest guy between the tree of us, I got crammed in the back seat of the truck. With all that crap back there I could barely move a finger. So we take off and start heading to this person's house. But once we started to turn the second corner, mind you it is like the most important and most used street in De Pere, the corner is taken too fast and we lose one of the closets. So we stop and Luke and I got out to get the furniture out of the middle of the intersection. Then we realize that all of the cars are at a complete stop, here we are in the middle of the street, carrying a 125 lb. piece of furniture, when we realized that an Ambulance is heading straight for us. So we try to run out of the intersection with a closet in our hands, I eventually realize, screw this, I let go of my side, and let Luke drag it off the street. We put it back into the bed of the truck, strap it up, and cram back into the truck. Luke is still checking the other furniture. Then Marcia says, "Oh crap, I don't have my license." And I was like, so. But then I saw the flashing red and blue lights. Apparently a cop had pulled us over, but it was just to see if we were ok. So we all head off, not realizing it until it was too last. We lost the customers. So we just pulled over at the side of the highway and waited for them. We eventually get to the person's house and deliver the furniture. We get back to ShopKo and we are heading to the store, and realize that we had dented and scratched our manager's new truck, but he didn't have to know about that. We get back inside, and for something that should have taken half an hour. But it took 1½ hours of free money. Oh yeah.
